The Housing and Development Board (HDB) is set to launch the Sembawang Beacon, the inaugural Build-To-Order (BTO) project in the new Sembawang North neighbourhood, in July 2025. This development will comprise 775 units, offering a variety of housing options including two-room flexi flats, five-room flats, and 3Gen flats designed to cater to diverse family needs.

The launch is anticipated to draw significant interest, particularly due to the pent-up demand from previous BTO exercises in the area. With the last BTO launch in Sembawang having occurred some time ago, many prospective homeowners are eagerly awaiting this opportunity to secure a new flat.

The Sembawang Beacon project is strategically located within a 53-hectare site, bordered by Admiralty Link, Admiralty Lane, and Canberra Road, ensuring convenient access for future residents. The area is well-served by existing amenities, including the nearby Sembawang MRT Station, which provides seamless connectivity to other parts of Singapore.
